Returns

Our designs are created for you on a made to order basis. Once your order has been confirmed by us, you have 48 hours from the date of the confirmation email to cancel your order.

We will issue a refund, once the return has been accepted using your original payment method, for returned items.

We simply ask that you adhere to the following policies:

  • Please return unwanted items within 21 days of receipt*
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and any hygiene seals still attached
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost
  • Refunds can take up to 20 working days from the day of receipt to be processed, however, this may change without prior notice*

  • Please obtain a proof of postage with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office as we will be unable to issue a refund on goods that don't arrive.
  • Making a return from Australia or the United States:
  • We can arrange for DHL to collect unwanted items, and will deduct a returns fee from your refund. Alternatively, you can choose to use your own courier.

  • Confirm the pieces you wish to return
  • Confirm your collection address (if different from the delivery address on order)

If using your own courier, please ensure you select a tracked and insured service as we will be unable to refund on goods that do not arrive.
